Friendly and Helpful! Just bought a 2014 GMC TERRAIN. Ferid was a great sales person to work with and provided excellent customer service! We never felt pressured into buying and when we did decide to buy the process was smooth, didn't take long and we drove away feeling that we got a good deal.

These guys know their stuff I was a bit apprehensive at first when meeting our sales person as I had been dealing with another girl that didn't seem to know a lot. We picked out our truck and were showed the truck inside and out, Joe our salesperson who later we found out that he was the new car manager was amazing. We got through financing and he then showed us everything again. Even programmed our phones to run the truck... Awesome job

Exceptional customer service Eric helped my husband and I purchase our 2014 Buick enclave. It took us a couple of months to decide on our vehicle, and Eric was patient throughout the process. He listened to our needs as a large family and found us the perfect vehicle at an affordable price. We chose to sell our vehicle privately and after the sale he helped us determine a price. Great experience. We were on our way to Alaska in our Suncruiser motorhome and noticed a ticking sound. We checked our warranty options and chose Sherwood Buick, GMC. They were rather busy - it was June- & couldn't look at it for a day. We checked into a hotel and waited. Eventually, Mike Rochon gave us a call with the news that we needed a rocker arm & ball stud.
