I responded to an online add about a specific car for my daughter. Christian suggested putting together a few cars to look at during our visit 2 days later. He was very attentive and engaging and made sure we had ample time to look at and test drive the vehicles. The dealership staff were very pleasant to deal with and made my daughter feel very comfortable with the buying process.
From the first time I spoke by phone with sales rep Ashton Lewis I was treated with respect and integrity. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he was able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. He was not at all pushy especially when I told him I was leaving on vacation for a couple of weeks and was too busy to physically come to the dealership to view the vehicle prior to my departure. We were a small family in desperate need of a newer car. We were referred to Christian by a friend who he had helped get a vehicle for previously. Due to complicated credit, we were aware that we may not be able to get anything at all. I first entered the dealership because a friend of mine recommended it, I came back because Christian was very friendly, helpful and understanding to my situation. He was also very willing to work with me in order to find me a vehicle that I would both enjoy and be able to rely on for some time. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for any future vehicles I'd like to purchase and sending all my friends there as well.
Me and my family were in Edmonton visiting family for the weekend from Saskatchewan when our vehicle broke down on us. CJ was able to spend the needed time with us and get us into a truck that not only did we need but one that we really liked and wanted.
