Purchasing Experience I had ordered a new 2015 Yukon XL, which was on back-order duel to it being redesigned. There were delays but my salesman had called with frequent updates on how my SUV was progressing through the order, build, ship and delivery process. Service of Chev Avalanche My vehicle was brought in under warranty to address a warning message: Service Park Assist and to replace defective wheel rims . Ms Venables provided excellent customer service in her friendly caring attitude and call backs to advise status of the work being done. All issues were addressed accordingly.

Great service and easy buy I bought a used Ford Edge from this dealership and dealt with Christian Davey. I went for a lot of test drives before finally deciding to buy. Christian was friendly and easy to deal with epically with all my demands and haggling along with the rest of the staff. We are looking to buy another vehicle soon and that will definitely be my first stop. I would recommend stopping in to see Christian for anybody shopping for a vehicle.
Not too shabby Satisfied with the car itself, but customer service was a little iffy, but overall I'm satisfied with the purchase, though I'm not sure if I would deal with them again.
