We like to see Richard Lawrence at the express desk when we arrive. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and answers all our questions.
The service advisor was very helpful and courteous. The link sent via email and text to advise the client what the issues are and cost associated didn't work very well. The courtsey shuttle was not available
