Solid work on my Murano. One point of confusion, though. I had brought the Murano in for the tire change and the oil change, as well as an adjustment on the front passenger-side seatbelt that has been locking up regularly during regular driving. The tire and oil change work was done well - no complaints there - but I wasn't expecting there to be a visual inspection done on the seatbelt. every thing was fine exept your tech did not reset computer oil life. I had to do this on my trip down south.When oil warning comes on you have to stop and check oil levels etc then reset. Not good on a trip

I generally never write these reviews. But.. I’ve used Sherwood Nissan’s sevice center about 4 time’s over the last 6 years. Initially, I assumed all “dealerships” are money driven businesses designed to pressure people and charge top dollar for their work.. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by their open, honest dialogue. I do most of the maintenance on my SUV myself and when it’s beyond my level I begrudgingly go to them. I’ve always received exceptional service. They’ve earned my trust, that was no easy task.
