Daniel W. was kind and extremely patient with me in showing all the features and comparison with the other vehicles. The sale process was done in a detailed and explanatory way that made me feel valued and I wasn't being taken advantage of. The finance portion was simple and painless, which is a good way to end. Fast friendly service
Excellent service, vehicle was ready on time as promised.
Arrived at express oil change with only one vehicle ahead of me. Was checked in quickly and told it would be 45 minutes, so I waited on site. Enjoyed a complimentary Starbucks coffee but then was informed it would be longer than expected. They did compensate me for the added delay, and I was on my way. Not 100% but they did make amends.
Harry and Ilya was great, they explained everything and made sure that it was understood.
Went in for a warranty part and vehicle was done an hour early
