As always, the service at Sherwood Nissan was fantastic. All of their employees are friendly and helpful, focusing on making my experience a positive one. I come in regularly for service to keep my truck in top condition. I have nothing to complain about and everything to be happy about. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and have myself been a customer over the past 12 years or so.

We had a sales man Matt Kitchen at Sherwood Nissan. He was excellent to deal with. He checked everything out personally to make sure that it was working and then showed us how to work things on the new vehicle. There was a problem on pick up that the detailing people had left the car in the shop and it got dust in the interior again. quick service, friendly staff. I booked online for the standard package but the system was down when I arrived so I told the service staff it was the 24K standard package that was booked. However, what was entered and provided differed from what I expected. Other than that, the service and staff were great.
I made an appointment expecting possibly a brake fluid flush and tire rotation in addition to an oil change, was pleasantly surprised when only an oil change was done. How often does that happen? Not many dealerships only do the work that is needed! Well done Sherwood Nissan!

Excellent service, Richard was courteous, friendly and very thorough. He estimated the service time and completed it almost to the minute. He made sure I would not have to wait to write up the final paperwork when the front desk was super busy. We went back to the entry point and he finished the paperwork there. Thank you!
