Appreciated the honest approach of Dejan. Once I set the boundaries or parameters of how I wanted to proceed, the process went smoothly.
Had winter tires removed and summer tires installed. The tires that had been removed should have been placed in bags defore I picked them up. When I picked them up 4 bags were provided and I had to put the tires in the bags myself. No really impressed with the service level. When I got home I noticed that the spacers were not in the bag with the tire nuts, I had to go back the your shop, there as no service advisor there so I walked into the garage and talked to a polite young man who helped me out and gave me a set of space... read more

Hi, I was set to post the following on Google, but hesitated because Sherwood Nissan has been so good about trying to help. I will be home in about 3 weeks and off work for the summer, so it would be a lot more convenient for me to take the Titan to Nissan of Duncan to see if they can remedy the problem.
