May 26 Saturday we came in At 9:15 and did not get out till 11!!! The service manager (I should have got her name) she said this one is on us!! She was very professional and pleasant!! Cesare had my car ready efficiently and on time. All staff were very helpful and friendly.
Was disappointed that I had to return the next day after having a seasonal tire change to have the tire sensors reset. One would think this would be done automatically when the tires were changed. Other than that the service staff friendly.
Set up of appointment was easy, service was done quickly because I was going to wait. No problem was made about some of the extra things they suggested to do, but I declined to have done. I had to go to a few places and though shuttle service was offered, I just walked and got a phone call with an update about 20 min. before service was done. Overall a great experience.
It was an amazing experience overall. With a little idea about what to get, we were given the right direction to get the car we liked. Everyone was just transparent about what they wanted to sell, unlike other companies who would mainly focus on bargaining from their customers. A special thanks to Dejan Cvijetic, T.J.
