The man who checked me in at the express service was very helpful. I was a bit discouraged when I pulled up to the express oil change and was told it would be an hour and a half as I was in the middle of an 8 hour drive and was from out of time. Previously, I have tried to book an oil change at an allotted time slot with service to ensure promptness and have been told to use the express service.
