Set up of appointment was easy, service was done quickly because I was going to wait. No problem was made about some of the extra things they suggested to do, but I declined to have done. I had to go to a few places and though shuttle service was offered, I just walked and got a phone call with an update about 20 min. before service was done. Overall a great experience.
It was an amazing experience overall. With a little idea about what to get, we were given the right direction to get the car we liked. Your staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly. It was evident that each of them were dedicated to making sure I was both satisfied and pleased with the purchase I made. Your sales person, Ron Smith, treated us as though we were the only customers, he did not rush us when we looked at several vehicles and he did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase. He waited for me to decide that the vehicle was the right one for me.
