I was disappointed with receiving notifications after the car was in the shop already. This was confusing. Also one of the servicemen was not very friendly. While asking anither serviceman about the vehicle status, he butted in that he knew the vehicle was in the shop. When we asked how long it would be, he said I really don't know. I asked if someone could check and the same serviceman man said well can't you see I am with a customer. I said well do you have any idea...like 1 hr, 1 day what is it???
