Service was timely & completed as requested. Service advisor - Nicholas - knew about the booking, vehicle needs & that the TPM system didn’t recognize the winter tires & Tim’s when they were first put in last year (2021). He ensured that concern didn’t arise this time. He is professional, courteous & personable.

My sales person Jag was awesome with the help of Harry the sales manager too! I had my car serviced as well which was an easy process but it did take two days to complete everything as opposed to the one day they quoted me. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I recommend them.

Needed winter tires on, and you having an express bay with no appointments saved me. I’m heading to BC next week, and everyone else said 2 weeks to a month. My fault, but was happy for your express bay, the other day!
