They are eager to make a deal. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. They will ask you what it would take to make a desk and they try to accomplish it. It was as a great experience and they had my vehicle ready a day earlier than estimated.
Good Work Staff did a great job of sourcing a specific vehicle in a very short time period. Most of the purchase work was done in advance and the entire process was very efficient.

Stressful With the exception of the manager, this dealerships staff are stellar, Braden, Erik, and Yazan are the kind of people more dealerships need. There was a misunderstanding on my part about signing the car. I asked for a few days to review finances at the dealerships discretion, but being told that moral issues do not pay the bills at this dealership, put a bad taste in my mouth and regret that I bought a car there, the few days I asked for were not granted. Awesome team to deal with, every interaction was positive I had seen a vehicle on line and called to inquire. Mr. Bernie Furey was very attentive. He placed the vehicle on hold for me imediately, as I am out of Calgary. I was able to view the car a week later and purchased it. They delivered it to me, in Calgary, in a very timely manner, so I was very pleased. Everyone from the sales team to the front desk personnel was very polite and the overall experience I had was positive.
