Fit my budget Staff accommodating not pushy sale done quickly I liked that. Staff answered all my questions. Took their time to explain all the features of the vehicle.
Stressful With the exception of the manager, this dealerships staff are stellar, Braden, Erik, and Yazan are the kind of people more dealerships need. There was a misunderstanding on my part about signing the car. I asked for a few days to review finances at the dealerships discretion, but being told that moral issues do not pay the bills at this dealership, put a bad taste in my mouth and regret that I bought a car there, the few days I asked for were not granted. Stress free sakes experience We had a great sales experience with Aaren Schroeder. He was very easy going. Very informative. No high pressure sales. We would recommend Aaren and Sherwood Park Chevrolet. Delivery experience was also God.
Stressfree experience Everyone at the dealership was warm, professional and responsive. Aaren in particular was very helpful, listened to my needs and wants and immediately acted to find a solution for me to replace my written off car. Awesome team to deal with, every interaction was positive I had seen a vehicle on line and called to inquire. Mr. Bernie Furey was very attentive. He placed the vehicle on hold for me imediately, as I am out of Calgary. I was able to view the car a week later and purchased it. They delivered it to me, in Calgary, in a very timely manner, so I was very pleased. Everyone from the sales team to the front desk personnel was very polite and the overall experience I had was positive.
