So Awesome I have not one negative thing to say about my experience at Sherwood Chev. I came in same day as I inquired about a trade, was set up with an awesome team of guys who found me the perfect fit for my lifestyle and budget. Got approved for financing that same day as well which was super simple. Then picked up the vehicle two days later. So simple, effective, and with such kind and friendly people. Truly feels like you’re cared about and valued here.
Service to sales. The staff at Sherwood Park Chevy were friendly and informative. At no time did I feel pressured in the service dept or with the sales staff.
Very helpful , friendly, Mac was friendly,not pushy, easy to deal with, knowledgeable about the truck I bought. I feel I got a good deal on my trade and a fair price for my new truck.

Very kind and informative I didn't get much time with Jordan yet, but in the short time I spent talking to him, I found him very kind and helpful. I had a lot of questions, some maybe stupid, because I don't really know what I'm doing and he took the time to explain it to me and I was able to understand. That was very important to me since the person I was talking to before him was very frustrating to deal with and was making the situation very negative.
