He's the best!! Back in August my car was stolen and insurance told us that we wouldn't see the car again so I checked out a few dealerships and was not impressed. I feel like I got a great deal and love my truck I spoke with Teo. He arranged his schedule to come to the airport to get me. I had a great visit with him on the way to the dealership. He was like a buddy that I had for years. When I seen my truck I loved it. We took it for a drive. He then showed me all the features on it thoroughly. They filled my gas tank, and I left very happy. So much help !!!! I called I was in a rush for a trip last minute flat tire Kolt got me in and out in the same day and there were so busy !!!
No pressure approach I have dealt with quite a few dealerships and although I mention I am not in a rush to buy but rather prefer to ensure I make the right choice for the right price many salepersons try to high pressure me. This was not the case with Shawn Roth from Sherwood Park chev. He listened to what i was after, discussed what they have that might appeal to me and overall was attentive without being high pressuring.

Friendly staff from beginning to end From walking in to walking out staff in all departments I came in contact with were all professional. Shaun did not get us into the vehicle we wanted because it was not in our budget. However he did educate us and get us into a vehicle at our price point that would allow us to get into the suv we want in 3-5 years.
Honest, no pressure sales Harrison served us on 3 visits to the dealership. First a quick visit to have a look at the 2018 Traverse. He was able to answer all my questions and walk me through the vehicle features. He gave a MSRP on the vehicle. As they were having a Traverse kickoff event, they offered a deal if I bought today. My experience @ Sherwood Park Chev Rob Perras is one of the many reasons I utilize SPC. He was a service rep at Lexus South, where I purchased my wife's Lexus and when I heard he was @ SPC I immediately called to track him down.
