Amazing Dealership and all staff i had were incredible.everyone of them went out of their way to make sure everything was done and in place.after an 18plus hr drive it was well worth it. Never had service this good
Quality Management I had a problem with this dealership, posted a review and with in 24 hrs the General Manager called me personally. All issues were rectified and had a great conversation. My family over the years has purchased 50+ units from this company so I felt the need as a returning customer to complain. Very very happy how the issue was handled. Left with a good feeling and a nice vehicle Was a good experience. Free vehicle car proof on line. Worked out a fair deal with our trade. After a lot of thought I bought an Extended (peace of mind) protection plan. Final pick up was easy. Vehicle was clean and in great shape. Efficient and Thorough, Back in 2010, I bought my last Equinox from Nicholson Chev-Olds when it was located on Argyll. It was time to trade it in. Having gone to other Chev dealers, they couldn't be sure they could get the 2 Litre engine I wanted before the 2018s were sold out. Teodore Burtic is a decent salesman. I’ll start by saying a lot of communication was done by text and I asked a lot of questions about the used truck I was interested in from Sherwood Park Chevrolet. Teo was great, I put him to work and he was able to answer all my questions. I live in Manitoba so I wasn’t very confident with buying a vehicle in Edmonton that I wasn’t able test out myself. Great service Was not a customer before my truck broke down near this dealership. Spoke with Ashley in service and got my truck in promptly (on a Friday no less) was given a loaner vehicle for the afternoon and my truck was ready that afternoon. Ashley made sure I was updated about the progress of my repairs .all staff I dealt with were very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this dealership!
