Teodore Burtic is a decent salesman. I’ll start by saying a lot of communication was done by text and I asked a lot of questions about the used truck I was interested in from Sherwood Park Chevrolet. Great service Was not a customer before my truck broke down near this dealership. Spoke with Ashley in service and got my truck in promptly (on a Friday no less) was given a loaner vehicle for the afternoon and my truck was ready that afternoon. Ashley made sure I was updated about the progress of my repairs .all staff I dealt with were very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this dealership!
Purchase of first new vehicle Asked a salesman where I could park my vehicle as \i was driving through the lot. The salesman found me an open spot and waited for me to park before greeting me. First time oil change I drive an import car, so typically went to the specialty shop for my oil changes. They are very expensive, so I thought I would try Sherwood Park Chev. What a great experience! Not only was the oil change cost significantly less, the experience was wonderful. I didn't have to wait very long, and when I was leaving the lube technician asked me to wait.
