Very professional, no pressure, excellent service. Upon arrival our salesman was professional and upfront, he did not try to pressure us into buying on the spot that day. The finance team was awesome and got us the deal and rates we wanted. Would recommend Sherwood Park Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Customer service The Customer service was impeccable at Sherwood Park Chev. I wasn't sure what to expect as I have been to other Chevy dealers and was not happy with the way I was treated. Replaced the original purchase within a couple weeks after the original purchase turned out not satisfactory to my needs, gave me a loaner and kept in constant communication the whole time. Excellent Customer Service Big thank you to Courtney in the Service department. I had called in regarding some questions that I had about my vehicle and some unanswered questions that I had from when it was previously serviced at another dealer that I would never return to. Shuttle Driver The Shuttle drivers have always been great to deal with and are friendly when driving to locations that need to be dropped off at. They have lots of good conversations and when asking where I am going always take my advice as to what way to go since I know where the construction is on way to office.
