Professional and helpful Since day one, when we got approved for our car, this people were so friendly to me and my family. As a newcomers, pretty much everything is new here in Canada. I have to admit that I was very nervous but staff of Sherwood Park Chevrolet made the process easy for us from day one to my last visit for oil change. Helpful on short notice I had a little issue with my truck leaving the dealership on my way home. By the time I got back to the dealership Erik had made arrangements to get my truck in right away. As soon as the truck was ready, he had it waiting out front for me. Thanks again.
Overall excellent service I've been coming to this dealership for many years now including when they were at their old location. The have been always very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to insure our needs have been met. Customer service I had the best customer service from Robyn. She was very nice and considerate of my needs and what I was looking for. It was an easy decision on what kind of vehicle I wanted. Vehicle Recall Had a couple of recalls on my trax and all was dealt with ahead of time and they even checked a few other items. Very helpful and friendly. Will be back when I need something else.

Excellent sales and service Bought my truck from Cody in August 2015. He and the sales manager got me in the right vehicle at the price I was looking for. Quick and Informative I had taken my new Traverse in for her first oil change. Many staff greeted me and took the time to hear my concerns. In fact, Kyle sat in my vehicle and demonstrated all of the features my had that I did not know how to access. He was a very patient and well informed staff member. Fast and convenient Every time I take it there my vehicle has been ready by the end of the day. I work nightshift and It allows me to have a ride to and from the dealership also because of the shuttle. Today the even washed my truck before I came to get it
