Customer service I had the best customer service from Robyn. She was very nice and considerate of my needs and what I was looking for. It was an easy decision on what kind of vehicle I wanted. Vehicle Recall Had a couple of recalls on my trax and all was dealt with ahead of time and they even checked a few other items. Very helpful and friendly. Will be back when I need something else.

Excellent sales and service Bought my truck from Cody in August 2015. He and the sales manager got me in the right vehicle at the price I was looking for. I went to four other dealerships and this dealership was head and shoulders above the rest. Quick and Informative I had taken my new Traverse in for her first oil change. Many staff greeted me and took the time to hear my concerns. In fact, Kyle sat in my vehicle and demonstrated all of the features my had that I did not know how to access. He was a very patient and well informed staff member. Fast and convenient Every time I take it there my vehicle has been ready by the end of the day. I work nightshift and It allows me to have a ride to and from the dealership also because of the shuttle. Today the even washed my truck before I came to get it

Comfortably Satisfying Experience from Start to Finish I had been in and out of the dealership on several occasions looking over inventory, asking a few questions and dodging sales staff whenever possible. Great deal with no pressure I gave the reading of excellence because soon as I got there I didn't feel any major pressure Jim Mcewen knew what he was talking about handed me the keys I took the vehicle out probably three times in about a week and we worked out a good deal so I would definitely go back there again :)

Very good experience! Sales staff was very helpful and accommodating during the buying process. Went in to look at one of their stock vehicles and left the same day with the exact vehicle that I was looking for. My first time visiting Sherwood Park Chevrolet and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable buying experience.
