Comfortably Satisfying Experience from Start to Finish I had been in and out of the dealership on several occasions looking over inventory, asking a few questions and dodging sales staff whenever possible. Great deal with no pressure I gave the reading of excellence because soon as I got there I didn't feel any major pressure Jim Mcewen knew what he was talking about handed me the keys I took the vehicle out probably three times in about a week and we worked out a good deal so I would definitely go back there again :)

Very good experience! Sales staff was very helpful and accommodating during the buying process. Went in to look at one of their stock vehicles and left the same day with the exact vehicle that I was looking for. My first time visiting Sherwood Park Chevrolet and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable buying experience.

Goodwill goes a long way Previously I had posted a review about a bad experience I had at Sherwood Park Chev when we required a complete transmission replacement on our vehicle shortly after warranty passed. My frustrations were with Sherwood Park Chev for what I felt was incompetent work provided by their service center and with GM Canada for the suspect quality of their product. Exceptional Customer Care Arriving at the dealership I was prepared to be bombarded by salesmen as previously experienced so many times at other dealerships. This was my first time coming to Sherwood Park Chevrolet and I was happily surprised by the experience. Jim was respectful and a pleasure to deal with. It was as if I was talking to a friend. Kudos Jim for changing my impression of the typical car salesman.

Amazing experience! We went to go purchase a Mazda but stopped into Sherwood Park Checrolet and were treated very well by salesman Matt Nash. We were so impressed by Matts knowledge and expertise and bought a Malibu. Finance manager Rana Fayyad was exceptional helping us purchase the vehicle. Would recommend and refer all my friends and family to this amazing dealership!

Good job Dealership was friendly, good at answering questions, returning calls and communication. There was confusion over a price given over phone but was settled on site

Drive through Lube service Very friendly mechanics, positive vibe and sitting area while you wait including copies of the journal to keep one occupied. Service advisor was very professional and helpful. Employees seemed to enjoy their job.

Excellent service I got some recall work done as well as a seasonal service and some extras done to my car and they met and exceeded all my expectations. Shawna and the service staff here are amazing and always go the extra mile to help me out and have me leave with a smile. The same goes for the excellent parts department. Their rates are more then fair and there is no one else that I trust to work on my car other then her and the staff at Sherwood Park Chevrolet
