fixed & clean I recently took my 2012 avalanche in for a leak repair. I an extremely particular about my vehicle...no grease smudges etc left by the mechanics. believe it or not, my chevy came back not only repaired but cleaner then when it went in. way to go, Sherwood park chev.

Mostly good Almost everyone there was so friendly and very helpful. There was one girl Amber who made me feel very unwelcome and a little scared to have my personal information and leave my car there over night but other than that excellent
Service I had a few different service items that needed to be done. Shawna walked me through the different items that needed to be done and gave me a list of upcoming services to be prepared for. She was very helpful and patient with me. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
Recall. I was immediately directed to Nadine who booked me in. She was very friendly. I have dealt with Nadine in the past and she has always been very helpful. I had to leave my vehicle for the day and was provided shuttle service. I feel confident that the work was done as specified. I return to the dealer for all work as I have had no reason to question their suggestions. I will say that I find the shuttle service is somewhat lacking. Questions about warranty I've called Shawna on numerous occasions to ask about warranty on my vehicle. Because of the extended warranty, I wanted to know what aftermarket performance options I could use without voiding any of my warranty.
