Sheryl is amazing. She really helped me navigate every phase of the process. But the process itself was a little confusing and all over the place. I feel like there was a lot of information that should be provided to the buyer by DRM as an organization in the first weeks of the process (for example a list of all lead paint verified painters in the state) and many things could be streamlined to prevent so much back and forth. Mrs Sheryl however is a star, you should give her a raise.
