While I appreciate Ms. Sheryl for sharing the programs I qualified for, which I'm grateful for. The last week and the final closing communication became scarce and I received my closing statement late at night the day prior to closing, with a cash to close nowhere near what was discussed or I was prepared for. I didn't feel supported when it came down to the final stretch, which made the experience stressful as a first-time buyer. Overall Ms. Sheryl has a lot of knowledge, but I could've used more support on the final days.

If Sheryl's was able to explain things in a different way to help me understand would have made it a more pleasant experience. Other than that, she was responsive and easy to get a hold of whenever I needed to contact her. She was really helpful she kept me in the loop on where we were in the process of my loan and she let me know when things were need from me as they were need instead dropping everything in my lap all at once.
