I did not receive the personal touch in going through this process. I only received emails, and I am retired, so I do not check emails regularly. I had emails from her just sitting in my emails waiting on me for two or three days. I did not receive phone calls or an explanation of anything unless I called her. I felt that I should have been called at least once a week to discuss any new items needed or to give me an update on the process.

I appreciate that she eventually got me to the closing table, but it was a rough journey that could have benefited from better organization, better time management, and some transparency between me and her.

I feel Ms. Crawford could have been compassionate,understanding , welling and most importantly available. Often times Ms. Crawford made me feel as thought my loan was not big enough. I cried more than I smiled. Many of time I wanted to give up on my search for a home. Mrs. Howard was the glue to the whole experience. When I needed to understand something, Mrs. Howard made sure I understood and took the time to explaine to me step by step what was expected of me. Remember this was my first time.
