I’m not one to leave reviews but Shimi Globman and his entire Guaranteed Rate team did an excellent job for me. I had switched lenders last minute and Shimi managed to complete the process in 2 weeks and successfully meet all the dates as promised. These guys are miracle worker. Its not just the team that is great but the systems they have in place are excellent. NO MORE PAPERS and searching for bank statements. This is my second time using Shimi and his team. They are attentive, responsive and keep you up to date with the process all the way to closing. One of the big pluses is the digital process and ability to complete some closing docs online as well to save time at the closing table.

From the first call I had with Shimi, it was obvious to me that he’s been in the business for a long time and he knows how real estate works. What I also appreciate about him is that he practices with integrity and won't try to push a mortgage on you.
