We are first time buyers, the whole process was extremely overwhelming. We spoke to many lenders who were all great, but Shimi was the only one who really took the time to educate us and keep us informed throughout (a lot of brokers just assume buyers know all the jargon). He went out of his way to make sure we got the best rate possible but was also extremely honest if he thought a competitor was offering a better deal. His support staff are lovely and wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Shimi on 4 mortgages over the past 10+ years (this is the 5th!) and every time it's been a great experience. His team is organized, the online portal is easy to use, the visibility into the status of your loan is terrific, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you get a great rate.

Shimi is an amazing person to deal with, he is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The whole process was extremely easy, and Shimi was always available to answer any questions, and to guide us during the process. 5 Stars isn't enough stars for Shimi!
