Shimi and his team were excellent to work with. Being first time home buyers we had a bunch of questions and Shimi was always there ready to respond any of them. Shimi was amazing from start to finish. He immediately understood what sort of loan would fit our needs best - a loan with a large lender credit. Plus, his pricing and rates were competitive against three other lenders that I received quotes from. I worked for years at a corporate credit hedge fund, and am amazed at Shimi's understanding of residential mortgages, which was miles ahead of anyone else. I was recommended to use Shimi Globman and his team when we were ready to purchase our house. Shimi and his team were EXCELLENT and extremely responsive every step of the way (morning/noon/night). Every home transaction (no matter how smooth) has a lot of stress and emotions that accompany it but having your lender be as awesome as Shimi and team, made things far easier to handle.
