From Day 1 Shimi and his team were amazing. They were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have heard so many scary stories from friends about their lenders but Shimi made the process surprisingly smooth, easy and quick. Shimi was available when needed and answered all our concerns. This is my second time using the services of Shimi Globman of Guaranteed Rate. I have used others for mortgages before but never had this terrific experience. Shimi was extremely responsive, he answered directly most times and in the event he was unavailable he called back within the specified time frame.
