We hired shiner to replace our gutters. We got a leaf guard installed and 6” gutters with 3x4 downspout. They removed our 4” gutters and 2x3 downspouts, which was original to the house from the 80s- it was time to replace and upgrade. They gave us a great price - and were the most competitive quote. Got us on the schedule very quickly and got our gutters installed in one day, they were onsite at 7:00a done by 1:00p. Hauled all the old materials. We are sooooooo happy with the end result.

We recently had our roof repaired by Shiner Roofing. They did not attempt to upsell us to a roof replacement, and although it ended up being a small job, they were courteous and professional at all times. We especially appreciated the photos of the work being done, as it clearly showed the problem and a well done repair. We are going to contact them again, as we have a couple more projects to be completed.

I recently had roof, gutters, and downspouts put on my house. My sales person, Bill, was great, he walked me through everything, took pictures of my roof to show me, and before he drove off, he had sent me an estimate, unlike another roofing company who tried to hardsell me and did not even go up on the roof. We highly recommend Shiner Roofing. We had 4 estimates and Shiner’s price was in the middle. All the elements of a roof installation were explained but there was no hard sell pressure. We had seen the quality of their work in the neighborhood and knew they had been in business for 40 years. They did a great job of installing the new roof. This was the most painless home improvement project ever! Ryan was excellent at giving us a detailed estimate. He also debunked some other estimates/information, and took pictures of the crumbling crown on my chimney while he was at it. Also did not pressure us in any way. We were going to wait until spring then they contacted us to offer discount during winter!
I recently needed roof repairs after a falling tree damaged my roof. I called Shiner Roofing, and they responded immediately to my very first call.
