RecommendedShiner did a great job on our recent gutter replacement. These folks came when they said they would, did a professional job, and cleaned up. I was very impressed with the quality of work. The did things better than the original installation. The next day, I asked them to make one minor tweak in the job, and they came within 24 hours and took care of it.
Shiner was very easy to work with - a knowledgeable estimator came and assessed the problem, he gave me a reasonable estimate within a good timeframe and told me exactly what would be done. Pictures of the problem areas were also provided. We are very pleased with our roof replacement completed by Shiner. We had hail damage and the Shiner team worked directly with our insurance provider to ensure they covered the full scope in their replacement estimate. The process was extremely professional from estimate to roof installation. The team did a good job of cleaning up the work site daily. We had used Shiner in the past to replace a roof and they did an excellent job. This time it was to put gutter guards on our front gutters. They were quick, efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning up. We barely knew they were there. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job
This company has been a horrible mistake. Their contractors have already been to my house twice to "fix" our leaking roof, and apparently, will now have to come out a third time. I stand here writing this next to a bucket in place to catch the rain water pouring into my kitchen. Shiner Roofing insisted they fixed the issue previously, (on two different occasions) and refused to address the valley where three other companies advised the problem was.
