The first week of December it was discovered that the ridge vent on the roof of my TH had ripped away from the roof. Shiner Roofing did a great job replacing our roof this past January. They were professional, on time and were able to secure additional $$ for items that were not included in our original estimate. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
I went through roof replacement last year with my husband's parents house with a different company, and had a less than positive experience. They recently replaced our roof, all the guys on site were very courteous and professional. We plan on using them again to replace windows in our home.
Did a great job. On time quality work. Very good follow up. Really seemed to understand what is needed. Not the cheapest but I guess you get what you pay for.
Shiner really did a great job for us. All new roof, siding and windows in the back of the house --after a tree visited us from our neighbor's yard. We are very pleased. Everything looks great!
