My daughter has CRPS. The over-arching theme she and I both felt after her time at RIC's pain management clinic was that she should ignore her pain. Trust me, you don't live with this syndrome without learning that you are going to have to learn to live with pain. We expected that she would learn some other new-to-her functional coping strategies.
