Get directionsBeautiful facility and definitely state of the art equipment but the work environment as far as staff and supervisors in key departments ex. billing and patient care services is unprofessional. New employees are not properly trained and if you have any questions or concerns about the way you are trained, they use it against you. They threaten you by saying...maybe you are not a good fit because they don’t want to do the job they are being paid to do and that’s train new people coming into the company. Can't keep their equipment from breaking down and seems can't be bothered to get the equipment fixed. What a shame.

We think the world of our doctor, Dr. Dias, but the new facility is cold and unwelcoming! Hard to read signs on where to go. Receptionists were very unfriendly! If state of the art means RIC no longer wanted to interact with their patients in a kind, welcoming manner...they nailed it. We are very disappointed in our visit!
Business response:
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Kim. We aim to offer a welcoming environment and are sorry your experience did not meet this standard. We hope that your next visits do, and look forward to receiving your continued feedback.

Well l only could say I couldn't flush the toilet ? The place is so up to date that doctors even look unsanitary . The vacilaty is the most up-to-date I could imagine .If there is a better place than this I can't imagine it !
Many Places are or claim to be "World Class" the key is to find the "World Class" Rehab center for your individualized goals. this place drops the ball from top to bottom...The Security Guard is on Point...Sorry bro forgot your name but I tell him on often He is one Of the few that have a clue!!!...Be Blessed all-I'm off to work with real "World Class" Trainers...Be Blessed All
Extremely vague billing statement and shady and misleading billing practices. Ask lots a questions before anything is done for you WILL get screwed over. This is unfortunate since it seems they prey on you while you are in pain and then cause more injury by dealing with the stress and anxiety of the impossible billing management
