Get directionsThank You RIC! I'm back playing tennis after 3 1/2 months. Thanks to Tiffany's knowledge, training, and willingness to hear and understand that I'm an athlete who needs to return to tennis, ...I'm not only back playing competitive tennis, but, running 6-7 miles every other day...with a better understanding of the importance of stretching, training and knowing how to maintain a fit body! Thank you!

I've had a very good experience at RIC. The Physicsl Therapists are well versed in their field. I was in for arhritis in my neck and double bulging discs in my back that are wreaking havoc on my sciatic nerve that is causing constant pain from my lower back into the left upper leg to mid-calf. I do feel relief and I'm doing better with the exercise my PT has instructed me do while away from RIC. Thank you Heidi!! Thank you RIC.
