Verified Renter Shirlington house has some great qualities but could be better if management of the building was improved. There is no night time concierge. They tend to take to long to fix things. There are accounting mistakes with your rent. Parking is an issue, only recently have they started to tow vehicles. There are very limited guest parking spots and receiving a guest parking pass requires you to pick one up a day or two in advanced which sometimes you dont know when youll have guests.
