The place was big enough for what we wanted and a short walk to the beach. But it was filthy, the dishes in the cabinets still had food caked onto them. The carpet is visibly dirty, the carpet was also a trip hazard it’s so loose in some places. And let’s not forget the used tampon my 4 year old pulled out from under the couch! Filthy and disgusting will not use it again and do not recommend. Get a hotel, much cleaner, half the price and closer to the beach. Let me include it was condo #92 Southbay.

I brought my daughter and 2 yr old granddaughter here for a mini vacay, stayed one night and had to leave due to Hurricane Sally, after 3rd attempt to reach Barb she finally responded only to let me know she would not let me reschedule the other 2 nights. DO NOT RENT A CONDO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! I have been patiently dealing with this company for 2 years. In October of 2018 when hurricane Michael hit the Gulf we were forced to leave. (Now mind you I am well aware that no one but the good Lord can control the weather.) Multiple electric didn’t work, man sent for repair was useless. Broken refrigerator shelves. Dirty and loose shag carpet. Patio and deck in terrible condition, huge cracks. Parking situation was impossible because the jerk that lives next door has five cars, 4 of which he never moves. Never again!
We rented Fairways Unit 294 last week and we were extremely disappointed in the accommodations. The online pictures of this "Newly Renovated" unit were not indicative of what we encountered. It was supposed to sleep 8 but we could only find enough decent beds for 6. The description online said this unit was newly renovated but it was actually a far cry from it. Scam! Horrible company to work with. I booked a trip using the VRBO site for June 21-24, 2020. Due to unforeseen circumstances we cancelled the trip on March 15, 2020 and request a full refund. On the VRBO site, it states "100% refund if cancellation is requested by 04/22/2020", which I did request cancellation via VRBO messaging and via email/fax to property management on March 16, 2020. Completely utterly unprofessional, uncaring, and greedy. I called them 1 day past their 60 day cancellation window. 1 day. ONE DAY. Right at the start of the corona virus panic. I was told I would be worked with due to the circumstances that was going on. They pushed it out a week for me to receive an e-mail that They WOULD not refund me, but that they would reschedule my trip.
