Please read: We stayed at Scenic Gulf Unit 3 in Miramar. I should’ve known from the beginning it was going to be a disaster. They post “average” rates, you book with them only to find they charge $409 a night instead of $279. Cleaning fee is $250 and it’s not clean when you get there. Garage doesn’t work at all with a sign on inside saying don’t even try to open it. Parking sucked really bad. You can’t fit 2 SUV’s in the space allotted for you. My family booked a house several months in advance and then about 50 days prior we needed to change our dates. We were told that we could not cancel, despite the fact that the terms and conditions said that we could for 200.00. Then, we asked to be moved to another house for those dates, they didn’t return our call for another week. Then, when trying to reach the operations director, we waited Several days and to this point have no response. Their customer service seems to be quite poor to say the least.

I think this company is a scam and a blemish on American capitalism. This company should be dismantled its website, shutdown, and employees jailed.
