My family booked a house several months in advance and then about 50 days prior we needed to change our dates. We were told that we could not cancel, despite the fact that the terms and conditions said that we could for 200.00. Then, we asked to be moved to another house for those dates, they didn’t return our call for another week. Then, when trying to reach the operations director, we waited Several days and to this point have no response. Their customer service seems to be quite poor to say the least.
I hope your company fails.
I think this company is a scam and a blemish on American capitalism. This company should be dismantled its website, shutdown, and employees jailed.
