Recently, I was planning to do a procedure with my teeth and wanted to have a second opinion with another doctor because I consider it a major one. So I called Dr. Toback's office to schedule a free consulation of second opinion (yes, I was told free before I went there). Then Dr. Toback said that I needed to have an image with the dental cone beam image for them to come up the treatment plan and proposal.
