My experience started in 2024 and finally 1 year later, I am done with my implant. I was hoping for a positive outcome with Dr. Toback’s office after I had a conversation with the business manager hence, I have not, therefore I am posting my review. My dentist put in the request for me to see Dr. Toback. Upon arrival of my appointment, I was told "oh he doesn't work here on that day". Well why was my appointment scheduled? Wonderful. Very pleased with my procedure and the outcome
Dr. Lavanya lacks the coping and people skills necessary to make patients who are frustrated, anxious, or nervous about a procedure to feel comfortable. She was quick to terminate my procedure that had been schedule for almost a month of being in pain, because she did not think we had the right therapeutic chemistry to proceed and a release form was not received or signed beforehand that we disagreed upon.
