Great sales experience, frustrating finance process. Brum was excellent--very responsive over text, provided a clear out-the-door price, and made scheduling a test drive easy. Trade-in value was fair, and everything upfront felt smooth. The finance department was a different story. William Hall was friendly, but the process lacked transparency.
