Felicia in Service helped me out with an overdue cool flush just before an important road trip. She took me in two hours before close on a busy Saturday with no appointment. My six month old daughter and I were out just after close. Felicia made sure that we got taken care of and my SUV is washed. Had an awesome experience, but will be back for more maintenance!
