This was the first routine service visit for my new 2025 Honda Civic. Cameron was my service coordinator. He was great at explaining everything: what was being checked, how long it would take, and making sure that all of my questions were answered. He also asked detailed questions about my car's performance for the previous year, and reviewed how to access the built-in performance and maintenance menus. Making an appointment was very easy. Upon arrival for scheduled appointment the service staff was friendly and service was performed quickly so that I was in and out in a little over an hour
