I was very impressed by Service Advisor, Austin Czerwinski as he and the Service Technician went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service on my 2024 Honda Passport. The service performed was cut a new key and have it programmed for my car and it was all completed in less than one hour! I have personally dealt with many auto dealers here in the Valley for 40 plus years and I can honestly say that Showcase Honda merits a rating of Superior Customer Service in their service and sales department. When I arrived at the dealership to pickup my vehicle I was greeted at the door by Albert and taken to the vehicle to look it over and test drive it. Albert went over the features of the vehicle and showed me how to use the electronic features on the vehicle. After we returned I met with Kenneth to complete the transaction.
