They went over and above to provide additional education on some aspects of the car that was not delivered on the day of purchase by the sales department.

I didn't get as good of a deal as I hoped for. I didn't get as good of a deal as I hoped for. Our sales agent used little word and phrase tricks to make the numbers sound better than they are. Overall, I'm happy though.
