Generally good sales process. Generally good sales process. Finance person did not know that the car was Certified Pre Owned, therefore incorrectly described the warranty coverages that came with the car. Finance person presented extended coverage options in a confusing and spoke extremely rapidly while scribbling notes on a sheet of paper.
