The service staff is very polite and professional however this dealership service department is not affordable when the customer is always billed for what should be included in an expensive maintenance program.

I thought Kevin did an excellent job highlighting the features of a Toyota Sequoia and 4 Runner. The Dealership negotiated fair pricing but determined to pursue other vehicles.

Devin Suzuki is excellent. The inspection revealed a split near the rim of my tire. I was so surprised! The tires were purchased in December of 2022. I may have put 7K on them. Thank you Devin and the Showcase Honda team for being so thorough.
