Leland P. went above and beyond the requested service. I had a nail in one of my brand new tires. He took care of that at no extra charge because he put my safety first. I am grateful and appreciate that there are honest and caring employees who truly look out for their customers without trying to make an extra buck. I will be taking my car to Showcase Honda for services in the foreseeable future because of Leland. I know that I will receive the best service and care.
