Received an upsell for 4- wheel alignment. Shouldn't have needed it. Also, failed to find cause of annoying rattle on drivers side under hood.

Had an appointment, got in on time and was treated with respect and courtesy. Issue was addressed in timely manner and other systems were checked to assure the problem was fixed. Car was clean and ready to go fairly quickly. Waiting room was comfortable and all employees were friendly.
