Fast and Easy and a Pleasure I purchased a new Civic today from them. I am a very busy person and I got a quote online for the car. They gave me the out the door price in an email and it didn't change when I got there. My credit is great so I knew I could get the financing. I did not have a trade in but my brother now has a 10 year old Honda Accord and will probably have it for another 10 years! Overall they made it easy to do business. My salesperson was great! At the time of the purchase I was told by the salesman At the time of the purchase I was told by the salesman I’m getting one year warranty and two oil change when I got to the Accounting to pay he reduced it down to six month and one oil change the car value on your Linc advertisement was 13,000 and there is a notes on it less than the value of Kbb I paid 15 1/2 in order to get the one year and two oil change. I feel disappointed
