The dealership is extremely unprofessional. The dealership is extremely unprofessional. We were in negotiation for a vehicle for a week and set a date with a worker to come in and buy the car. When we arrived, I was told the car was sold the night before. We had driven 2 hours to come get the vehicle. A lack of communication and professionalism is visible through the dealership on a large scale across both their sales and financing departments.

I am very disappointed with Honda , as a Honda family , I I am very disappointed with Honda , as a Honda family , I should have never been treated this way. I am disappointed that Honda did not take responsibility to resolve the issue immediately. I am so frustrated with how dealerships do business. Honda showcase did not commit to my satisfaction, they did not respect me as a buyer and they did not provide me honesty.
