I am very disappointed with Honda , as a Honda family , I I am very disappointed with Honda , as a Honda family , I should have never been treated this way. I am disappointed that Honda did not take responsibility to resolve the issue immediately. I am so frustrated with how dealerships do business. Honda showcase did not commit to my satisfaction, they did not respect me as a buyer and they did not provide me honesty.

Our car salesman made a big mistake and told us the car Our car salesman made a big mistake and told us the car that we bought had features that it did not have. To his credit though, he was very honest about his mistake and even told his boss, somebody named Rocky. There was also a mistake on the car that we bought because it was supposed to be $27,700 and they charged us $28,200. The unfortunate part about this is that I needed it to buy a car and so I purchased another car from you. The car salesman was very apologetic an... read more
